Isaac Shelby‘s affiliation to bourbon started with his father’s business well before young Isaac had aspirations for politics. His engagement to the distilling and selling of bourbon continued beyond his tenure as the first (and fifth) governor of Kentucky. This bourbon celebrates that inextricable relationship between Kentucky politics and bourbon.
Our family has deep roots in the bourbon industry. Just like any good bourbon, our family was created and aged in Kentucky. We are direct descendants from the bourbon royalty of Beam, Weller and Shelby families.
